Due to certain health concerns for our students, teaching artists and families, MTC has, in accordance with COVID-19 State of Connecticut, protocols for all group classes and private lessons. More information on the Policy page of our website.

· Each student must prepare a song of their choice to sing at the audition. It is recommended that he/she sing a Broadway/Disney show tune. They should sing no more than 1 minute of the song.
· Please provide a track (no vocals) to sing with. You can purchase tracks off iTunes or you can get them free on YouTube.
· Each student may be given a scene to read from the script. The total time you will need to be available for your audition is a maximum of 30 minutes.
· There are NO production tuition refunds within two weeks of auditions or after.
Auditions may end up being virtual to keep the amount of traffic in MTC at a minimum. In this case, actors would send in video auditions for the director to review. You will be notified on how auditions will be done closer to auditions.

*The plan is for this show to be live, in the theatre with a small, family-of-the-cast-only audience. It may be live streamed so that other friends and family can watch it virtually from their homes. If social distancing protocols remain as they are currently until the dates of the tech rehearsals, the show may be filmed in advance in the theatre and presented on the show dates as a pre-recorded production. Lastly, there is always the chance that we may have to go full virtual with the production which means all rehearsals and the show would be done over Zoom, not at MTC. If this happens please refer to the “In-Person and Virtual Programs” section of our Policy page.
As always, the show is subject to change prior to auditions.
