TICKET POLICIES
Policies apply to all MTC tickets unless stated otherwise. For more information on ticket policies please call the MTC Box Office at 203-454-3883.
Ticket Sales
All sales are final. No refunds.
Ticket Fees
A service fee by our ticketing provider is applied to all tickets regardless of ordering online, over the phone, or in person. Service fee price depends on the date, time, and location of the seat.
Ticket Discounts
Discounts for tickets can be found online, in local papers, and other locations. In order to apply a discount online, you must type in the code prior to selecting seats. In order to apply a discount over the phone or in person, you must say the code to the box office attendant. Only one discount can be applied per order. Discounts cannot be applied after they have expired. Discounts cannot be applied to a completed order.
Ticket Exchanges
Only MainStage tickets may be exchanged. There is a $3.00 exchange fee per ticket over the phone. There is a flat $5.00 exchange fee if switching tickets online. All ticket exchanges must be made 48 hours or more before the performance occurs. Upcharge may apply if exchanging to a more expensive performance. Tickets may only be exchanged for another performance of the same show.
Missed Performances
If a performance is missed MTC cannot refund your purchase or exchange your tickets.
Canceled Performances
If a performance is canceled, you may contact us to select an alternative date to attend. Upcharge may apply if exchanging to a more expensive performance. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management, but is not guaranteed.
